IF you do not have a picture in your mobile app:
Log into mymortgagecentre.com,
Go to “My Website Settings > Personal Settings > Change Form - Personal Settings“,
Click on “Go” beside “Change Profile”, upload picture and flag "Save as Profile Picture", then click and "Save Changes".
Please allow few hours for changes to sync with the mobile app.
Note- Must be in JPG or PNG format, no bigger than 2 MB
