BrokerBridge Office Hours is an open drop-in Zoom call where you can ask us anything about BrokerBridge, live.
When it runs
- Wednesdays at 10:00 AM ET
- Thursdays at 3:00 PM ET
Each session runs for one hour.
Who can join
Office Hours is open to franchise owners and their staff across all three networks: DLC, MCC, and MA. DLCG staff are welcome too.
Team leader or agent? We’ll set up Office Hours for you when your group is invited to BrokerBridge.
How it works
There's no agenda and no presentation. You bring the questions, and we answer them.
Come for the whole hour, or drop in for five minutes and leave once your question is answered. Both are completely fine.
What you can bring
Anything related to BrokerBridge. For example:
- You're stuck on a step in the Franchise Owners' Checklist
- You're not sure what a screen is asking you to do
- Your funded volume in Leaderboard doesn't look right
- You want someone to walk through something with you on screen
If your question is about something technical, like a login problem or an expired invitation link, email brokerbridge-support@dlcg.ca instead. We'll be able to fix it faster that way.
How to join
Register through the link on the Training & Support page on the BrokerBridge Trainline. Once you've registered, you can join any session.
