Numbers not adding up? There are a few common reasons, and most of them have a clear fix.
Leaderboard updates once a day
Leaderboard updates funded volume every morning at 8:00 AM PT. If a deal closed today, you’ll see it after the next update.
Leaderboard counts deals by closing date
Leaderboard pulls funded volume from CPS based on each deal’s closing date. If you’re comparing Leaderboard with your own records, make sure you’re using closing dates too. A deal you submitted in one month but closed in the next will show up in the month it closed.
Some deal types aren’t included
Leaderboard doesn’t currently include three types of deals:
- Commission-free deals
- Commercial deals
- Construction deals
CPS doesn’t have a way to identify these deals separately, so Leaderboard can’t count them. If a large share of your business falls into these categories, your funded volume will look lower than you expect. We’re exploring ways to include them in the future.
Your checklist isn’t complete
Until you complete your BrokerBridge checklist, your information may not be linked correctly. For example, an agent may not be linked to the right team or franchise, so their production doesn’t count where it should. Completing your checklist usually corrects this.
A pay code isn’t set up correctly
This is the most common reason funded volume doesn’t show. A pay code links each agent’s deals to them in the background. If it isn’t set up correctly, that agent’s production won’t appear in Leaderboard, even if everything else looks right.
You can’t fix this yourself. Email brokerbridge-support@dlcg.ca, and we’ll look into it.
What to include in your email
- Your full name and franchise name
- The agent or team whose volume looks wrong (or your own, if you’re an agent)
- The date range you’re looking at
- The figure you expected, if you have it
